Response times

We aim to acknowledge every email within two business days.

Corrections take priority over everything else. If the evidence you send shows a published claim is wrong, we review it against the source, have a reviewer who is not the article’s author approve the change, and update the page’s visible change history. If we decide not to change a claim, we will tell you why rather than leave the message unanswered.

What we will not do by email

  • Publish, remove, or reorder a recommendation because a brand, seller, or agency asked us to.
  • Accept payment, free product, or a commission uplift in exchange for coverage, a score, or a ranking position.
  • Give any outside party preview or approval rights over an article before it is published.

Those rules are the same ones set out on our affiliate and ownership disclosure and methodology pages, and they do not change for anyone.
