Response times

Corrections take priority over everything else. If the evidence you send shows a
published claim is wrong, we review it against the source, have a
reviewer who is not the article’s author approve the change, and
update the page’s visible change history. If we decide not to change a claim, we
will tell you why rather than leave the message unanswered.
What we will not do by email
- Publish, remove, or reorder a recommendation because a brand, seller, or agency
asked us to.
- Accept payment, free product, or a commission uplift in exchange for coverage,
a score, or a ranking position.
- Give any outside party preview or approval rights over an article before it is
published.
