Two portable blenders. Same price range. Very different results. We ran both the FreshJuice Pro and BlendJet 2 through our standard testing protocol — motor power, blend quality, battery life, build quality, and ease of cleaning — to find out which one actually deserves your money.

Motor Power & Blend Quality

The FreshJuice Pro packs a 300W motor — double the BlendJet 2’s 150W. In practice, this translates to noticeably smoother results. We blended identical batches of frozen berries, spinach, and ice:

  • FreshJuice Pro: Smooth, drinkable consistency in 30 seconds. No chunks. Ice fully crushed.
  • BlendJet 2: Took 45–60 seconds to reach a similar consistency, and still had small ice chips remaining. Frozen berries left fibrous texture.

For protein shakes with just liquid and powder, both perform fine. But the moment you add frozen fruit or ice, the power gap becomes obvious.

Battery Life

The FreshJuice Pro’s 4000mAh battery delivered 19 blends on a single charge in our test (30-second cycles). The BlendJet 2 managed 13 blends from its 3000mAh cell. Both charge via USB-C in approximately 2 hours.

If you’re blending once or twice a day, either battery is fine. If you’re meal-prepping or sharing with family, the FreshJuice Pro’s extra capacity matters.

Build Quality

This is where the gap widens. The FreshJuice Pro uses a thicker Tritan plastic for the cup and a more substantial base with a rubber grip. It feels solid in hand. The seal is tight — we inverted it full of liquid with zero leakage.

The BlendJet 2 is noticeably lighter (which some prefer for travel), but the thinner plastic flexes slightly under pressure. The seal held in our tests, but the gasket feels like it’ll wear faster. The base has a smooth plastic finish that gets slippery when wet.

Ease of Cleaning

FreshJuice Pro wins decisively here. The cup is dishwasher safe (top rack), and the wider mouth makes hand-washing easy. Add water and a drop of soap, hit blend for 10 seconds, rinse — done.

The BlendJet 2 is hand-wash only. The narrower base makes it harder to get a sponge inside. Not a dealbreaker, but a daily annoyance if you use it regularly.

The Verdict

Our Verdict

FreshJuice Pro

BuyingBench Score: 9.2/10

Wins on motor power, battery life, build quality, and ease of cleaning. The BlendJet 2 is $15 cheaper and lighter, but cuts too many corners where it counts. If you blend daily, the FreshJuice Pro is worth the extra spend.

The BlendJet 2 isn’t a bad product — it’s a solid budget pick if you only blend soft fruit and liquids. But for anyone who wants to use frozen ingredients, the FreshJuice Pro’s 300W motor and larger battery make it the clear winner in this matchup.
